Choice Hotels Japan announced the renewal opening of Comfort Hotel Naha Prefectural Office on May 30.
The renovation includes replacing the wallpaper and carpets in all rooms, as well as installing movable sofas and tables, making the space more comfortable for two guests. As part of its environmental initiatives, all beds are now equipped with duvets made from recycled feathers.
A new ‘Comfort Library Cafe’ will be established, featuring over 100 books selected by book director Hiroshi Habuchi, focusing on travel and local regions. The cafe is adorned with accents reminiscent of Okinawa’s traditional ‘Bingata’ craft and ‘Hana Block’ designs commonly seen in Okinawan architecture, enhancing the Okinawa ambiance.
