Mitsui Fudosan and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management will open “Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji” on September 30.
The building consists of 14 floors above ground and one underground. The design concept is “LIFE COCOON”, incorporating lamps modeled after cocoons made with the traditional craft Arimatsu Shibori, and interior decors in soft colors, offering a relaxed time for guests to unwind during their trip.
The hotel offers 183 rooms, including rooms equipped with work desks, as well as rooms outfitted with kitchens and sofa beds capable of accommodating four guests. All rooms are equipped with a washer-dryer, a microwave, and a refrigerator-freezer. The facility includes a refreshment space, a large communal bath, a fitness gym, and a restaurant.
As an opening event, until December 31, guests will receive a capsule toy as a gift once per room per stay. The offer ends as soon as the prizes are depleted. Reservations have already begun.
The hotel is accessible, about a 3-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Asakusa Line, and Tsukiji Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.
