Ootoya Holdings Opens Japanese Restaurant ‘Mitsumori’ in Kuala Lumpur
Ootoya Holdings has opened a Japanese restaurant ‘Mitsumori’ in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on April 26.
A Japanese restaurant that focuses on soba and tempura as its main dishes, Mitsumori emphasizes ingredients and handmade techniques. The soba is made from buckwheat flour from Hokkaido, the tofu is homemade, the koji is from the traditional Eimatsu Nagata Brewing, and the tempura is made with fresh ingredients coated in an extremely light batter to enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients. Following their first establishment in Bangkok, Thailand in 2011, this marks the company’s second international venture.
The location is at Isetan Lot10 in Kuala Lumpur. Operating hours are from 11 AM to 3 PM and from 5 PM to 11 PM. Closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
