Marriott and KKR to Expand ‘Four Points Express by Sheraton’ in Japan, Rebranding 14 Unizo Hotels
Marriott International and KKR will expand the new hotel brand, “Four Points Express by Sheraton,” in Japan.
As a mid-scale hotel brand focused on accommodations, 14 hotels from the Unizo Holdings group will be rebranded. This will cover over 3,600 rooms in 10 cities including Hakodate, Morioka, Utsunomiya, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, and Fukuoka. This marks the first expansion of the Four Points Express by Sheraton brand in the Asia-Pacific region.
