Kyoritsu Maintenance has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2024, reporting a net profit of 12.41 billion yen, a 192.7% increase from the previous term.
Sales amounted to 204.12 billion yen, operating profit to 16.70 billion yen, and ordinary profit to 21.16 billion yen. The year-end dividend was set at 33 yen, bringing the total annual dividend to 49 yen.
The hotel business saw record high profits exceeding those of the fiscal year ending March 2019, thanks to robust domestic demand and an increase in foreign visitors to Japan. The dormitory business exceeded pre-COVID levels in terms of student lodging contracts. The comprehensive building management, foods, and development businesses also saw profit increases.
For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the company forecasts sales of 226 billion yen, an operating profit of 18.5 billion yen, an ordinary profit of 19 billion yen, and a final profit of 12.5 billion yen.
