Korean Air will increase its flights between Kagoshima and Seoul/Incheon starting September 2nd.
Currently, the airline operates three round trips a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. This will be supplemented with two additional round trips on Mondays and Thursdays, making it five round trips a week. The aircraft used will be the Boeing 737-900, equipped with 8 seats in Business Class and 155 seats in Economy Class, totaling 163 seats.
This route had been suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020 and resumed operations on October 29, 2023, with the winter schedule.
