Singapore Airlines revealed that five passengers on flight SQ321, which encountered turbulence, have returned to Singapore from Bangkok.
Currently, 74 passengers and 6 crew members who made an emergency landing in Bangkok are staying there. One crew member is slated to return to Singapore tomorrow, the 23rd.
Chairman Peter See commented, “On behalf of the Singapore Airlines board of directors, I would like to express our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the passengers who lost their lives in the accident involving flight SQ321 on May 21, 2024. We commit to supporting all the passengers and crew members onboard during this difficult time. Additionally, we would like to express our gratitude to everyone in Singapore, Thailand, and around the world who is assisting those affected by this accident.”
