Air France Introduces Paid Assistance Service at Charles de Gaulle Airport
Air France will begin offering a concierge service, known as “conciergerie,” at Paris’ Charles de Gaulle Airport starting June 11.
This paid service assists with boarding, connections, and other procedures at the airport, with dedicated staff accompanying passengers from various procedures to the boarding gate, and arranging private transportation to and from the city of Paris and nearby areas. Priority lanes within the airport are accessible through this service.
The service is available for flights operated by Air France and its code-share partners. Applications can be made via website or phone until the day before departure.
Fees for the service are 400 euros or 80,000 miles per person for departures and arrivals, and 300 euros or 60,000 miles per person for connections. Groups of up to four can use the service for an additional 50 euros or 10,000 miles per person.
