Up to 30% Cashback on Visa Contactless Payments at Fast Food Restaurants in Osaka
Visa Worldwide Japan is holding the “Second Phase of the Osaka Exclusive Visa Contactless Payment Cashback Campaign” from June 20 to August 16.
This campaign is part of the “Osaka Area Promotion Project.” Customers who use Visa’s contactless payment method at participating stores will receive a 15% cashback. By pre-registering an email address and card number on a dedicated page on the website, an additional 15% cashback will be provided. The maximum cashback available per card is 3,000 yen. Cards issued by Sumitomo Mitsui Card Company, Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos offer additional benefits.
Participating stores include “Katsuya,” “Karayama,” “Sukiya,” “Nakau,” “McDonald’s,” and “Mos Burger (excluding full-self registers)” within Osaka Prefecture. Some stores located within commercial facilities are excluded. The campaign is applicable to most Visa cards issued in Japan (credit, debit, prepaid) except for some. Transactions made through smartphones or wearable devices using Visa cards are also eligible, but transactions made through iD or QUICPay are not included.
