Cross Hotel Kyoto will be offering the ‘Melon Shari Shari Frozen Parfait with Cotton Candy and Ramune’ from July 1 to September 16.
Inspired by the theme of ‘summer festivals,’ this shaved ice dessert transforms in both texture and appearance. It features melon marinated in elderflower and lemon syrup, and lemon jelly, all frozen and then shaved. The shaved ice is topped with cotton candy and pieces of orange and pineapple. The final touch is pouring Ramune over it.
The place to enjoy this seasonal treat is at the restaurant & bar ‘KIHARU Brasserie.’ It is available from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM (last order at 3 PM). The price is 1,980 yen, including service charge and tax.
