Skymark Airlines has resumed the sale of “Ibaraki’s Famous Sky-flying Hoshiimo (dried sweet potatoes)” starting from October, after halting its sales in July.
In collaboration with the Ibaraki Tourism Promotion Council, the product has been sold since December 2022 to boost the “Ibaraki Destination Campaign.” Each package contains one flat Hoshiimo made from Ibaraki-produced sweet potatoes and features a special design. The product is manufactured by Marudai Fresh Foods in Hitachinaka City. It is priced at 200 yen (tax included) and is sold onboard all routes.
