JALUX has started selling curry dishes, similar to those offered in Japan Airlines (JAL) international lounges, at JAL Shopping’s JAL Mall store from October 17th.
These dishes are intended for serving the “JAL Special Original Beef Curry,” which has been well-received at international lounges in Haneda and Narita Airports. The company says the product was developed so that customers could “experience the ambiance of the lounge at home and feel the excitement before their flight.”
The dishes are made of reinforced porcelain, which is characterized by its soft texture and resistance to breaking. They feature a silver crane circle emblem on the bottom and come packaged in a high-quality black box. The dimensions are 19 cm x 15.2 cm x 5.6 cm, and they weigh approximately 280 grams. The price is 6,900 yen (tax included). An early sale was conducted for “CLASS EXPLORER” members from October 4th to 15th, limited to 200 dishes.
