Fukushima Airport is expanding its ‘Fukushima Airport Business Support Campaign’ to include the Tigerair Taiwan Taipei/Taoyuan route.
For first-time business users of the Fukushima to Taipei/Taoyuan route, a subsidy of ¥60,000—equivalent to a roundtrip fare—is provided. The promotion applies to free plans sold by either H.I.S. (HIS) or Tourwave, with eligibility limited to one roundtrip for one person from one company.
Additionally, as part of the campaign, Taiwan souvenirs are being given away at the Fukushima Airport’s first-floor store. Repeat benefits, based on the number of uses, equate one-way flights to two flights. For roundtrips, participants receive Fukushima Airport Terminal Building vouchers worth ¥3,000.
Tigerair Taiwan will commence bi-weekly roundtrips on Tuesdays and Fridays from January 16, 2024, as charter flights on this route, with prospects for regular operation in the future.
