Solaseed Air has announced changes to the cancellation fees for certain fares, taking effect for tickets purchased from January 15, 2024.
The ‘Bargain 14’ and other promotional fare series will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the fare if no cancellation request is made before the scheduled departure time of the flight. Only Passenger Facility Charges (PFC) will be refunded.
Currently, cancellation fees ranging from 4,000 to 8,000 yen are charged depending on the route.
