
Sukesan Udon Opens a Pop-up Restaurant in Tokyo for a Limited Time: July 13 to 15
Kyoto Prefecture has allocated ¥560 million in the December supplementary budget for the nationwide travel support initiative ‘Rediscover Kyoto Charm Journey Project’ to be carried out in January.
The project is aimed at boosting tourism demand during the off-peak month of January. The current ‘Rediscover Kyoto Charm Journey Project’ resumed bookings on November 13th and is scheduled to run from December 1st to 27th. After the extension, a discount of 20% off the travel price will continue to be offered to residents in Japan.
The discount limit per person per night is ¥3,000 for accommodation products, ¥5,000 for group travel products with accommodation, and ¥3,000 for group day trip products. In addition, regional coupons worth ¥2,000 on weekdays and ¥1,000 on weekends will also be provided.
