Rakuten STAY will begin offering a web sales support service for accommodation facilities, ‘Rakuten STAY Internet Travel Operation’, starting January 1, 2024.
The service utilizes accommodation trend data and sales know-how gleaned through the operation of the accommodation brand ‘Rakuten STAY’ to provide consulting, as well as handling web sales tasks such as room and accommodation plan registration.
The service is inherited from Klips Corporation, a group company, which has been providing web sales task support service ‘Nepan! WEB Sales Support’ to accommodation facilities. ‘Nepan! WEB Sales Support’ will gradually phase out its services by December 31, 2024.
