WestJet Airlines will inaugurate the Calgary-Seoul/Incheon route on May 17, 2024.
The airline will operate three round trips per week on the Boeing 787 aircraft. This will be the only route connecting South Korea to Calgary, Alberta in Canada. Ticket sales are expected to begin at the start of 2024.
For WestJet, this route will be its second in Asia following the Calgary-Tokyo/Narita route. The Tokyo route is planned to operate up to one round trip per day in the 2024 summer schedule.
