The Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs announced on December 28 that it will conduct a hearing before imposing administrative actions on Mr. HERRY SUSANTO (trading as WorldLinks Japan) based on Article 65, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Agency Law.
The violation is for arranging bus fare below the regulated minimum price, which is against the Travel Agency Law. A planned suspension of operations for 9 days is to be imposed in accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Agency Law.
The hearing will be held on January 9, 2024, at the Conference Room 19A on the 19th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1.
