On the 2nd, 22 flights were canceled, and on the 3rd, 21 flights were canceled, affecting approximately 3,200 and 3,700 passengers respectively. Due to the closure of a runway at Haneda Airport, there is a possibility of further cancellations and delays today as well.
The airline is offering special handling of tickets for all flights from the 2nd to the 4th. Irrespective of the operational status, they are accepting changes and refunds without any fees. Procedures can be completed online, even if the departure time has passed, as long as it’s within 10 days from the scheduled departure date. For reservations that cannot be handled in part, customers are advised to inquire at the Reservation Center.
