JAL Reroutes Haneda to London Night Flight Through Chubu Due to Runway Takeoff Restrictions

Japan Airlines (JAL) will make a stopover at Chubu Centrair International Airport for the Tokyo/Haneda to London/Heathrow flight on the 5th due to takeoff performance restrictions on the runways used at Haneda Airport.

Flight JL41 will depart from Tokyo/Haneda at 1:00 AM, arrive at Nagoya/Chubu at 2:05 AM, depart again at 3:05 AM, and arrive at London/Heathrow at 8:30 PM on the same day. The total travel time will be 16 hours and 30 minutes.

Flights JL43 from Tokyo/Haneda to London/Heathrow and JL45 to Paris/Charles de Gaulle will operate via Tokyo/Narita.
