Japan Airlines (JAL) has decided to cancel 82 domestic flights today due to the closure of a runway at Haneda Airport.
As of 4 p.m., the number of affected passengers is estimated to be around 15,260. Depending on the situation, there is a possibility that more flights will be canceled. Additionally, JAL has set up extra flights on the Tokyo/Haneda to Okinawa/Naha route and Tokyo/Narita to Sapporo/New Chitose route.
Furthermore, JAL is offering special handling of tickets with no fees for changes or refunds for flights up to March 31, both for domestic and international flights. For more information.
