Accor and Heiwa Real Estate have opened “Mercure Tokyo Hibiya” on December 19.
The hotel is a renovation of a part of the Uchisaiwaicho Heiwa Building. The location was previously occupied by the First Hotel Annex from July 1989, but it ceased operations on February 12, 2022.
The building comprises 12 floors above ground, offering 178 rooms in three categories: Superior, Privilege, and Suite. Facilities include a restaurant, bar, executive lounge, meeting rooms, and a gym.
The design concept is “Stage Art,” inspired by the behind-the-scenes of theater, glamorous stage costumes, and filming equipment, resulting in a uniquely designed space.
It is accessible within a 3-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, a 5-minute walk from Uchisaiwaicho Station, and a 10-minute walk from Hibiya Station.
