WestJet Airlines will lease five Boeing 737-8 aircraft.
Three aircraft will be leased from CDB Aviation (China Development Bank Financial Leasing) and two from Avolon. The airlines is planning to receive them by early 2025.
With this addition, including the current orders, the airline will have received up to 22 Boeing 737MAX aircraft by the end of 2025, and 62 by the end of 2028.
