
Gundam Base Opens at New Chitose Airport on March 29, First in Hokkaido
Chubu Centrair International Airport will merge its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Chubu International Airport Information Communication and Chubu International Airport Facility Services, effective April 1.
The merger will be conducted through an absorption-type merger keeping Chubu International Airport Information Communication as the surviving company, while Chubu International Airport Facility Services will be dissolved. The reorganization aims to integrate the functions of both companies to optimize and strengthen the overall group’s operations.
The new company will be named Chubu Centrair International Airport Technical Connect, with a capital of 40 million yen. The representative is yet to be decided. The company will be responsible for the maintenance and management of information and communication equipment and airport facilities.
