VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending December 2023. The consolidated net profit after taxes was 3,440 billion Vietnamese dong (approximately 2.1 billion yen).
The consolidated revenue was 62.5 billion Vietnamese dong (approximately 376.1 billion yen), and the standalone revenue was 53.6 billion Vietnamese dong (approximately 322.6 billion yen), increasing by 56% and 62% respectively. The airline operated 133,000 flights, excluding Thai VietJet Air, with a passenger count of 25.3 million. VietJet Air introduced 33 new domestic and international routes, expanding its route network to 125 routes.
Total assets exceeded 84.6 trillion Vietnamese dong (approximately 509.2 billion yen), increasing by a quarter from the beginning of the period. The ratio of interest-bearing debt is low, and the liquidity ratio is healthy, maintaining a sound management condition.
