Rakuten Group and IHG Hotels & Resorts have signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on a loyalty program through Rakuten Travel, the travel reservation service.
The plan is to implement initiatives aimed at improving services and customer experience for both Rakuten members and IHG One Rewards, with details to be announced as soon as they are decided.
