Greenport Agency is set to host a “Skybus Narita Airport Special Bus Tour,” which will take participants around the restricted areas of Narita International Airport by bus.
In cooperation with Hinomaru Automobile Industry, the tour operates on a double-decker open-top bus, allowing participants to travel through the restricted areas of Narita International Airport. It offers close-up experiences such as the sound of airplane engines and the atmosphere of the airport, in addition to viewing the cargo area and maintenance area from the bus. In some areas, participants can disembark to watch airplanes take off and land, or observe the airport from the Ramp Control Tower.
The tours are scheduled for March 23rd and 24th, and April 20th and 21st, with two departures each day at 9:45 AM and 2:30 PM. The duration is approximately 2 hours and the maximum number of participants is 40.
The travel cost is 12,000 yen for middle school students and older, 6,000 yen for children aged 3 to elementary school students, and 15,000 yen for solo use without having to share two seats. Reservations for the March tours started on February 1st, and sales for the April tours will begin on March 1st.
