JR East Releases ‘Kyun Pass’: Unlimited Rides for ¥10,000 on Weekdays Including Shinkansen, Plus New Two-Day Option
‘Hokuriku Excursion tabiwa Pass’ on Sale for 980 yen from February 16 to March 15
JR West will offer the ‘Hokuriku Excursion tabiwa Pass’ at a special price from February 16 to March 15.
The pass allows for unlimited use of ordinary cars general seats on JR lines within the area, IR Ishikawa Railway, Ainokaze Toyama Railway, Noto Railway, and Echigo Tokimeki Railway. An additional purchase of a limited express ticket or reserved seat ticket is required to use the express trains.
Originally sold for 2,450 yen for adults, it will be available for a limited time for 980 yen. While it is normally available for use only on weekends and public holidays with a purchase required 3 days in advance, during this period it can be used without restrictions on the day of the week and can be purchased until the day before.
Users who utilize the Hokuriku area tabiwa tour pass and purchase a JR West ticket that starts or ends in the Hokuriku area through e5489, will receive 10% of the total cost in WESTER points. This offer is valid for tickets starting between February 16 and March 15, and the purchase through e5489 must be made within 7 days before or after the start date. Registration is required.
