The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has revised the travel advisory for Ukraine, allowing travel related to recovery and reconstruction efforts.
Despite maintaining the highest level of advisory, Level 4 (Evacuation Recommendation), for the entire country, the Ministry is allowing necessary travel to the capital city of Kyiv under unavoidable circumstances for the efforts of companies and organizations contributing to recovery and reconstruction. Travelers are required to consult with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at least two weeks before their trip, submit a travel plan that includes the necessity of travel and safety measures, and comply with any changes in security situations, including advisories to cancel the trip or evacuate.
