United Airlines announced the launch of a new route from Tokyo/Haneda to Guam starting May 1, subject to government approval.
This comes after Hawaiian Airlines applied to return its one daily round trip late-night and early-morning slot from Tokyo/Haneda to Honolulu & Kona. One daily round trip of the current 32 weekly round trips from Tokyo/Narita to Guam will be transferred to Tokyo/Haneda departures. The flights will be operated using Boeing 737-800 aircraft, equipped with 16 Business Class and 150 Economy Class seats, totaling 166 seats.
