Batik Air Malaysia Plans to Launch Osaka/Kansai to Kuala Lumpur Route, Approved by MAVCOM
The Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) has announced its decision to grant air traffic rights to AirAsia for its Okinawa/Naha to Kuala Lumpur route.
According to announcements, the service will operate four times a week starting April, utilizing Airbus A320 aircraft.
The Malaysian Aviation Commission considers demand and user benefits, service quality, and the impact on Malaysia’s airports and aviation industry when allocating air traffic rights. Airlines granted these rights must adhere to conditions; failure to comply may result in temporary suspension or revocation of the decision. Assigned airlines are required to initiate operations for all granted flights within six months from the effective date, and unused rights will be revoked.
