Rakuten Stay is set to open “Rakuten STAY FUJIMI TERRACE Hakone Ashinoko” on March 1.
The building consists of five floors with a total of 24 rooms in five types ranging from those suitable for couples and families with a capacity of 5-6 people to suites that can accommodate up to 10 people. All rooms are equipped with a terrace where guests can enjoy foot baths and barbeque, as well as a semi-open-air bath with natural hot spring water. Living rooms come with a telescope for stargazing. Eight of the rooms are pet-friendly, complete with cages, food bowls, and pet sheets.
Guests can enjoy meal plans in collaboration with popular local restaurants and welcome sweets, and some of the products available in the rooms can also be purchased on “Rakuten Market.”
As an example, the rate for a room accommodating five guests starts from 40,000 Yen (including tax and service charges).
Access is about a 6-minute drive from the Hakone Shindo Ashinoko Taikan Interchange (IC) and a 3-minute walk from the Moto-Hakone Port bus stop.
