Relocations began operating the newly acquired Hotel Brillio Asakusabashi on February 29.
Developed by Nissho Becks, the hotel opened in December 2020, marking Relocations’ first venture into a downtown area in their hotel business. The hotel has a total of 12 rooms, including both Japanese-Western style and Western style rooms. The Japanese-Western style rooms are 37.6 square meters in size, while the Western style rooms measure 34.8 square meters. The hotel’s facilities include vending machines (soft drinks only), microwave ovens, coin laundries, and a tenant café.
Hotel Brillio Asakusabashi plans to reduce staff workload and fully leverage Digital Transformation (DX). By using DX as a model case, they aim to address labor shortages in rural areas and revitalize local communities by expanding these practices to facilities nationwide.
