Ascott is set to open ‘lyf (life) Shibuya Tokyo’ by the end of this year, with reservations starting in the summer or later.
Lyf is operated by Ascott, based in Singapore, under the concept of “A New Way to Belong.” In Japan, it will be the third establishment following lyf Tenjin Fukuoka in June 2021 and lyf Ginza Tokyo in November 2023.
The accommodation will feature a total of 200 rooms. The property will also have extensive common areas, including a coworking lounge ‘CONNECT’, a social kitchen ‘BOND’, a laundry room ‘WASH & HANG’, and a gym ‘BURN’.
The access is a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station.
