Hirakawa Trading is set to rebrand and open “samana hotel Yakushima” in late April.
Acquired from JR Kyushu, the hotel, previously known as Hotel Yakushima (Former JR Hotel Yakushima), was rebranded and opened in June 2023. This will be the second hotel in Yakushima and the first ‘samana’ brand outlet.
The hotel will feature 44 rooms including Standard Twin rooms, all with ocean view hot spring suites. The facilities will include a buffet restaurant utilizing local ingredients, a bar, and a natural hot spring public bath.
