Emirates Airlines and ITA Airways have agreed to implement a codeshare partnership.
This expands the current interline agreement. Routes connecting Italy and Europe such as Rome, Florence, Genoa, Palermo, Trieste, Tirana, and Sofia, operated by ITA Airways, will now also carry Emirates flight codes. Moreover, the two companies plan to collaborate on their mileage programs, offering mutual benefits.
Emirates operates 41 weekly round trips between Dubai and four Italian destinations – Rome, Milan, Venice, and Bologna, utilizing Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft.
