JATA Offers Travel Coupons for Weekday Stays
The Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA) is launching the “Stay on Weekdays!” campaign starting April 1.
This initiative aims to alleviate congestion and enhance satisfaction by leveling the demand for weekdays, thus expanding the overall demand for travel.
JATA member companies are offering coupons for use on next trips in a lottery for those who purchase travel that includes a weekday stay costing at least 10,000 yen per person. The application period is divided into four phases: April, July, October, and January 2025, each lasting three months. During each period, 20 individuals will be awarded travel coupons worth 30,000 yen and 10,000 yen, respectively.
