Club Tourism has started selling the ‘Support Hokuriku Discount’ from March 8.
The target areas are Niigata and Toyama prefectures, while Ishikawa Prefecture will be available once preparations are complete. Fukui Prefecture is not covered.
The ‘Support Hokuriku Discount’ is a travel support program aimed at assisting Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui prefectures, which were affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. The subsidy covers stays from March 16 to April 26 (check-out the next day).
The discount rate is equivalent to 50% of the travel cost. The maximum discount is 20,000 yen for standalone accommodations and travels including transportation, 30,000 yen for travels including transportation with stays of 2 nights or more, and 35,000 yen for round-trip travels staying in two or more prefectures. It is targeted at domestic and inbound travelers, excluding business-related travels and accommodations, as well as reservations made prior to the start of the offer.
