Jin Air will launch a route between Shimojishima and Seoul/Incheon on May 29.
As a seasonal scheduled flight, it will operate five round trips a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until October 26. The aircraft will be a Boeing 737-800 equipped with 189 economy class seats.
To celebrate the new service, fares will be discounted by 15% for flights boarded by June 30. The promotional code is “JAPAN”. The offer includes 15 kilograms of checked baggage.
The international flight to Shimojishima Airport marks approximately 4 years and 3 months since Hong Kong Express Airways suspended its Hong Kong route in February 2020.
