Tobu Top Tours will start accepting reservations on its website for Niigata Prefecture’s ‘Hokuriku Support Discount’ starting from March 15 at 3 PM.
The promotion is applicable to one-night stays that include transportation; standalone overnight stays or travels that include accommodation for two nights or more are not included. Toyama and Ishikawa prefectures will start selling from March 18 at 3 PM. Fukui Prefecture is not participating.
The ‘Hokuriku Support Discount’ is a travel support initiative for Fukui, Ishikawa, Toyama, and Niigata Prefectures, which suffered damage from the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. The support will be provided for stays from March 16 to April 26 (with checkout the following day).
The discount rate is equivalent to 50% of the travel cost. The maximum discount is 20,000 yen for both standalone accommodation and accommodation packages that include transportation, 30,000 yen for accommodation that includes transportation for two nights or more, and 35,000 yen for tour-type travels that include stays in two or more prefectures. The offer is available to domestic travelers and visitors to Japan, excluding trips and stays for business purposes, and reservations made before the start of the promotion.
