Alaska Airlines has launched a subscription service called ‘Alaska Access’.
This service offers monthly Wi-Fi coupons, early sales of discount fares, and access to a personalized fare page displaying the cheapest fares to over 500 cities worldwide.
The service costs $5 per month and requires a 12-month contract. It is managed by Recurly, a company that develops subscription management and billing platforms.
In 2022, Alaska Airlines launched ‘Flight Pass’, a subscription service for flight tickets, becoming the first American airline to introduce a subscription service.
