Hong Kong Airlines has intensified its efforts to recruit cabin crew members outside of Hong Kong.
In 2023, the airline resumed its recruitment activities in the Greater Bay Area and hosted events in Osaka, Bangkok, and Taipei. The number of applicants exceeded 2,000, with candidates advancing to the interview stage. Ultimately, the airline anticipates hiring more than 100 individuals. In addition to hosting events, recruitment through the website is being carried out gradually.
Since 2023, Hong Kong Airlines has been gradually resuming its operations and currently flies to 25 cities. The airline is expecting to expand its fleet and network this year, hence restarting its recruitment events outside Hong Kong to provide opportunities for international talent to apply.
