Hotel Metropolitan Edmont will hold a ‘Golden Week Family Festa 2024’ on April 28th and 29th, offering various railroad-related activities.
The event will feature a giant ‘Plarail’ diorama display, a corner where children can play freely with their Plarail trains, and a corner where they can try on a station master’s uniform and take a commemorative photo with a real station master, experiencing the work at a station. Additionally, “Little Pastry Chef Experience” where participants can learn how to finish making a cake from the hotel’s pastry chef will also be held. Meals will include the hotel’s special roast beef (ticket system), as well as buffet-style stall foods like curry, fried chicken, and fries.
The event will run from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm each day. Prices are 9,000 yen for adults (admission + 5-point ticket), 4,500 yen for children (3-12 years old, admission + 3-point ticket + railway sticker rally sheet), and 1,000 yen for children (1-2 years old, admission + railway sticker rally sheet). Prices include tax and service charge. Tickets can be used for the Little Pastry Chef Experience, festival corner, Aizu product corner, and alcoholic drinks at the dining venue.
