Credit Saison will renew the ‘Saison Rose Gold American Express Card’ on May 1.
The payment system will change from a monthly to an annual fee, with the first year being free of charge and the regular annual fee set at 11,000 yen (including tax). The annual fee for the following year will be waived with just one use per year.
The card will now offer 1.5 times more permanent points, providing 1.5 points for every 1,000 yen (tax included) spent on domestic shopping. Additionally, the “Priority Pass” for airport lounge access will be available at a favorable annual fee of 11,000 yen (including tax). Up to four family cards can also be issued, each at a cost of 1,100 yen (tax included).
The card design will consolidate the card information on the back and eliminate the signature field. Touch payment functionality will also be added.
Since December 2023, services such as free airport lounge access at major domestic airports and Honolulu up to twice a year, baggage delivery for international flights, and insurance for overseas/domestic travel accidents (when used) have also been started.
