SAS AB, the parent company of Scandinavian Airlines, has filed for corporate reorganization in Sweden.
The operations of Scandinavian Airlines are not affected and will continue as usual.
The Federal Court for the Southern District of New York has approved a reorganization plan under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, subject to the completion of the corporate reorganization proceedings in Sweden.
