APA Group has acquired land for hotel development near Ikebukuro Station in Toshima Ward, Tokyo.
In the Ikebukuro area, they are operating a hotel with 171 rooms and have maintained a high occupancy rate at all times, hence they decided to acquire additional land anticipating further demand for accommodation. The plan is to open “APA Hotel ” in August 2026. The building will be 15 stories high with 308 rooms and will feature a large communal bath and an open-air bath, aiming to meet the demand from foreign visitors to Japan as well as from business travelers.
Access is approximately a 2-minute walk from JR lines and Tokyo Metro lines at Ikebukuro Station.
