Spring Airlines will increase the number of flights on the Nagoya/Chubu to Shanghai/Pudong route starting April 27.
Currently, the airline operates two round trips a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. With the addition of operations on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, it will become one round trip per day. Flights will be operated using the Airbus A320, equipped with 180 seats in economy class.
Spring Airlines launched the Nagoya/Chubu to Shanghai/Pudong route in June 2015. Due to the impact of COVID-19, flights were suspended from February 8, 2020. The service was resumed with two round trips a week on May 19, 2023, after approximately three years and three months, and was increased to three round trips a week from August 6.
Also, the Nagoya/Chubu to Dalian route, which was launched on November 20, 2023, has been suspended since March 1. (link)(link)
