Etihad Airways will launch the Abu Dhabi to Al Qassim route on June 24.
The route will be operated four times a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays—using Airbus A320 aircraft. This expansion increases the number of Saudi Arabian cities served by Etihad to four.
Al Qassim is popular for its lush date palms, natural heritage, and vibrant markets, offering a perfect blend of traditional Saudi culture and modern tourist attractions. It is anticipated to cater to both business and leisure travelers.
Etihad Airways will also increase flights to Thiruvananthapuram, Amman, Cairo, Karachi, and Colombo starting from June 15. With this enhancement, the airline will operate 855 flights per week to 76 cities.
