The Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk is hosting the ‘Spring Fresh Buffet’ from April 1st to June 30th.
The buffet will feature approximately 40 types of dishes made generously with seasonal ingredients from Kyushu. The menu includes ‘Sustainable Smoked Salmon Salad’ that highlights the flavor of asparagus with the sweetness and sourness of citrus, ‘Roast Beef’ with mushroom sauce, and ‘Sustainable Shrimp Mediterranean Salad’ using olives and shrimp, among others.
There will also be a corner where you can create your own original soft serve ice cream with your favorite condiments and flavors. Every Friday (except holidays), it’s ‘Family Fun Night’, where one child (age 12 and under) can dine for free per paying adult during dinner time.
The venue is on the 4th floor Brasserie & Lounge Sierra. The buffet is available from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM for lunch, and from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM for dinner. Prices including tax and service charge start from 4,500 yen for adults and from 2,250 yen for children (ages 4-12).
