Ikyu will resume the sale of the “Hokuriku Support Discount” on its accommodation reservation site “Ikyu.com” starting from noon on April 11.
The sale targets accommodations in Ishikawa Prefecture, Niigata Prefecture, and Toyama Prefecture. Fukui Prefecture is not included.
The “Hokuriku Support Discount” is a travel support initiative for Fukui Prefecture, Ishikawa Prefecture, Toyama Prefecture, and Niigata Prefecture, which were affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake. It offers subsidies for stays booked from March 16 to April 26 (checkout the following day). The discount rate is equivalent to 50% of the travel cost. The maximum discount is 20,000 yen for single-night stays and stays with transportation, 30,000 yen for multi-night stays with transportation, and 35,000 yen for tour-type travels staying in multiple prefectures. The discount is available to domestic and international tourists but excludes business travels and bookings made before the start of the campaign.
